Named after and in honour of the very first European rosarium, created by Empress Josephine, wife of Napoleon I, the Rose Pillar Malmaison, serves two purposes: it provides an extremely robust and solid climbing structure for roses as well as being a distinctive garden feature providing an architectural focal point in the garden.
